access to your personal data, including a copy of your personal data (art. 15 of GDPR or – if applicable – art. 13 section 1 point f of GDPR),
rectification of your personal data (art. 16 of GDPR),
deletion of your personal data (art. 17 of GDPR),
restriction of processing of your personal data (art. 18 of GDPR),
and transfer of your personal data to a different controller (art. 20 of GDPR).
You also have the following rights:
to object towards the processing of your personal data at any time:
for reasons related to your specific situation – towards the processing of your personal data based on art. 6 section 1 point f of GDPR (i.e. our legitimate interests), including profiling (art. 21 section 1 of GDPR);
if your personal data is being processed for purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, in scope corresponding to the processing associated with said direct marketing (art. 21 section 2 of GDPR).

Our legitimate interest based on the processing of your personal data for purposes of communication between us (art. 6 section 1 point f of GDPR) – when your inquiry or report does not concern an agreement.

Throughout the duration of the agreement binding us or – if no agreement is concluded – until expiration of claims. Until expiration of claims – see last table in this section – or until we recognise your objection towards processing.
Furthermore, your personal data shall be processed until the expiration of claims.

We will not be able to reply to your inquiry or report (depending on which is applicable in the given case and which comes earlier).

Our website involves profiling activity – this will concern you when you grant your appropriate consent. Profiling involves automatic evaluation of the products or services you may be interested in based on the information about the content you browse. This will make it possible to adapt the advertisements of products or services displayed in scope of your internet services more to your liking and needs. Our profiling does not involve decisions entailing legal or other similar consequences towards you.

Our website involves analytical activity aimed to improve its intuitiveness and accessibility – this will concern you when you grant your appropriate consent. In scope of analytics, we will consider your behaviour on the website – like the time you spend on a given page. This way, we are able to adapt the layout and appearance of the website and its contents to the needs of the Users.
